Abstract
The invention relates to a system that has been designed for use in closed healthcare environments, formed by multiple hardware elements (wristlet, repeaters, telephone concentrator, locating beacons, etc.), which enables the person wearing the wristlet to establish a mobile voice communication with healthcare personnel. The invention can also be used to ascertain the body temperature of the user and also to determine if the user has had an accident, such as a fall, blackout, etc. The system can locate the person within the centre when the wearer has had an accident, when the wearer makes a call or simply when required by healthcare personnel.

Cuando Ia persona que porta Ia pulsera pulsa el botón de llamada ,el botón de alarma o se cae, el sistema se activa pidiendo a Ia pulsera comunicación de voz y localizador!. Las asistencias reciben en sus teléfonos inalámbricos un mensaje con el tipo de petición ( llamada ,alarma o caída) ,1a persona que ha generado Ia petición y su localización en el edificio.
