Abstract
The invention is based on the aim of realizing modifiable permanently excited rotor assemblies having a tangential arrangement of the permanent magnets for greatly differing axial heights, rotational speeds, and mechanical and electromagnetic loads, said rotor assemblies being simple to produce, and of achieving improved possibilities compared to the prior art for further minimizing losses and for realizing high mechanical strengths of the rotor, and in particular of enabling the development of an approximately sinusoidal course of the pole field and a reduction of harmonics. Openings for fastening elements for non-magnetic pole gap anchors (2.1 to 2.13) are provided on a main magnetic circuit body (5.2), the permanent magnets (1) lie flat against the outsides of the main magnetic circuit body (5.2) and are locked on the main magnetic circuit body (5.2) by specially formed pole shoes (5.1) and pole gap anchors (2.1 to 2.13) retaining said pole shoes (5.1), wherein the pole gap anchors (2.1 to 2.13), the pole shoes (5.1), and the main magnetic circuit body (5.2) form groove areas, in which the permanent magnets (1) are arranged in an insulated or non-insulated manner. The field of application of the invention relates to rotating electric machine construction.
