Abstract

The present invention is a running unit for all kinds of implements for sports, body building and condition (i.e. treadmill, cross trainer, oars etc.) with 2d or 3d (two or three dimensional) display, sound and air support in order to be used in all places, enterprises, house and offices.

The Related Art

The present invention is a sports unit for all kinds of implements for sports, body building and condition (i.e. treadmill, cross trainer (condition bicycle), oars etc.) in order to be used in all places, enterprises, house and offices.

The present invention is a sports unit with 2d or 3d (two or three dimensional) display, sound and air support, particularly for being used in preferred places.

Background of the Related Art Nowadays, there are various sports implements and units in order to play sports in indoor or outdoor environments. These work with either mechanical or electrical energy. And also it becomes a boring activity to play sports for long periods with the present sports implements. All sports, body building and condition implements become boring after a certain period of time. They bore the person running or playing any other sports. They can not provide the same profit to the emotions of the person, which they provide to his/her body. They cause the person to get stuck in the place (in terms of display) where they are found.

Again nowadays, in the utility model document no TR 2008/02887 and name "Speaking fitness treadmill", the invention; is an electronic device designed for use in the sectors of health and medical and individually and has the property of being the described speaking fitness treadmill. It provides convenience for visually handicapped users by its properties of expressing the measured values with voice. It is the speaking fitness treadmill, which determines the weight, fat amount and other values in the body and expresses these by speech. Again nowadays, the invention no TR 2006/06414 and name "Demountable combined gymnastic apparatus providing body condition"; relates to a combined sports implement which performs walking or running function regarding the pace of usage, trains upper arm muscles (biceps), dorsal muscles, chest muscles, and abdominal muscles in sitting position, provides moving potentiality with this implement for leg muscles, side abdominal muscles, inner arm muscles, hip region, neck region, and most of the body skeleton, trains all of the muscles in waist region and all of the arm muscles, helps waist and hip region get thinner, provides opportunity of all together usage of sports implements each having different functional moves, has the materials being formed of thick steel construction, which are used in production in order to bring the endurance of the sports implements to a maximum against all types of shocks and wearing, is painted by electrostatic paint in high temperature ovens in order to being used also readily in open-air spaces by being protected against corrosion (sunlight, dust particles, adverse air conditions, physical shocks etc.), includes holding units forming the main body to which it is mounted practically and strongly, and comprises walking band, treadmill, reverse apparatus, pull up apparatus, step apparatus, and churning apparatus.

Again belonging to the previous art, the invention no TR 1999/01563 and name "Sports and exercise implement which works by man power and which opens and closes easily" is one-piece from factory and it is easy to be assembled by user. It can be folded into so small size that it occupies very little place without any part of it being disassembled. It provides ease of transportation by being moved on the wheels found on the lower body when folded. The sports implement assembled on capital A- shaped supporting feet has two places for pressing by feet, and has two handles at the upper part, connected with the feet for holding by hands. While pressing the footplates and holding the handle, and moving backwards and forwards just like walking, all of the muscles on the body are moved. The sports implement is made of round and foursquare industry pipe.

Again belonging to the previous art, the invention no TR 2001/02114 and name "Movable, mobile, manual gearbox sports implement"; is a movable, mobile, manual gearbox sports implement which trains the abdominal, chest, dorsal, waist, arm, and leg regions of human body. The one to be trained firstly takes the sports implement in his hand, kneels down on his/her knees, and then holds both of the handles of the implement while taking a position in which he/she can read the writings on the implement, and determines an arrow direction. Moves back and forward on his/her knees as much as he/she can, and the sports operation is performed by doing this move. As a result, the need for a 2d or 3d (two or three dimensional) display supported sports implement to be used in the preferred places, and inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated development in the related art.

Purpose of the Invention In order to eliminate the disadvantages arising from the known status of the art, a purpose of the invention is to provide an opportunity for the person to play sports wherever he/she desires virtually, without being dependent to the place where he/she is.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide a feeling during running, oaring or riding bicycle, such that the person is playing sports in the tracks supported by 2D or 3D technology (i.e. in the seaside, beach, Ridgeway, pathway, inside the forest, in the stadium, on the surface of moon, on a seaport on the sea, on the sea, river etc.).

Another purpose of the invention is to prevent the sports of the person from being boring, and provide a cheerful environment. Another purpose of the invention is that the same adaptation could be integrated into other sports, body building and condition implements used in the sports halls.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide the opportunity for the person to play sports in the place he/she desires, while he/she plays sports in a sports hall or in his/her house. Another purpose of the invention is to make sports much more enjoyable.

In order to provide the above said advantages, the present invention is a 2D or 3D (three dimension) display, sound and air supported sports unit including a single or multiple sports unit (A), and it comprises preferably a screen (40) which is preferably placed across the said sports unit (A) as the part to which the 2D or 3D films are projected by a 2D or 3D projection device (23) placed on the front body, and a sound system (50) which is placed circumferentially, 3D glasses (51) for the person playing sports to see the images on the screen (40), earphones (52) for the sounds to be heard, a touch screen (12) on the said upper panel (10) on which all the adjustments can be made and the 2D or 3D film can be controlled, a video player (13) for 2D or 3D film as a device or program which can play the 2D or 3D film to be projected on the screen (40), a memory card slot (16) for different 2D or 3D films, a transmission unit (15) which provides sound transmission by communication through earphones (52), at least one air outlet (19) which delivers the compatible air with the 2D or 3D film to the user, a water spraying unit (17) in order to form the water particles for spraying the water onto the user which is compatible to the 2D or 3D film, a water outlet (17.1) for the water to be sprayed, a sound outlet (18) which provides transmission of the ambient sounds in the 2D or 3D film to the sound system (50), handles (11) to be handled by the user, an air compressor to provide air to the user, which is compatible with the 2D or 3D film, and a water storage tank (22) where the water to be used by the 2D or 3D film compatible water spraying unit (17) to the user.

Again the invention is a running unit, and it comprises a screen support (41) which preferably has a column form and which provides the said screen stay upright. Again the invention is a running unit, and it comprises screen levers (42) in the form of levers which provide the said screen (40) stay upright.

Again the invention is a running unit, and it comprises a screen foot (43) in the form of a foot which provides the said screen (40) stay upright when it is placed on ground. The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Description of Figures Figure 1 is a perspective view of a treadmill application of the invention. Figure 2 is a perspective view of another application of the invention.

Figure 3 is a perspective view of the multiple cross trainer application of the invention as a sports unit. Figure 4 is a perspective view of the cross trainer application of the invention. Figure 5 is a perspective view of the oar application of the invention.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In Figure 1 and 2, perspective views of a treadmill application of the invention are shown. As it can be seen from the figure, the invention comprises; a treadmill (30) as a sports unit (A), a front body (20), and an upper panel (10). While there is a screen embodiment (40) found at the front of the treadmill (30), sound system (50) takes place at its backside or around it. There are 3D glasses (51) for the person playing sports to see the images on the screen (40) and a Bluetooth earphone (52) which preferably operates wireless and with Bluetooth technology and provides hearing of the sounds.

As it can be seen in Figure 1 , on the said upper panel (10); there is placed a touch screen (12) on which all the adjustments can be made, and 2D or 3D film can be controlled, a video player (13) for 2D or 3D film as a device or program which can play the 2D or 3D film to be projected on the screen (40), a memory card slot (16) for different 2D or 3D films, a Bluetooth transmission unit (15) which provides sound transmission by connecting through a Bluetooth earphone (52), at least one air outlet (19) which transfers the air to the user, where the air comes from the compressor (21) as it is compatible with the 2D or 3D film, an air compressor supported water spraying unit (17) for forming water particles to spray to the user the water compatible with the 2D or 3D film, a water outlet (17.1) for the water be sprayed, a sound card which provides transmission of the ambient sounds in the 2D or 3D film to the sound system (50), and a 4+1 sound outlet (18) and holding handles (11) are connected for the user to hold.

Again in the said invention, at the lower part of the upper panel (10), there is a front body (20). On the said front body (20), there is a projection device (23) placed for 2D or 3D film, which includes preferably a projection lamp and a lens which projects the formed virtual image to the screen (40). Again to the front body (20); there is connected an air compressor (21) to give the user the air compatible with the 2D or 3D film, and a water tank (22) which stores the water to be used by the 2D or 3D film compatible water spraying unit (17) to the user.

As it can be seen from Figure 1 and 2, the said upper panel (10) is placed on the front body (20). Whereas the front (20) body is placed on a treadmill (30) on which the user plays sports. Also, in order to provide the treadmill (30) enable training, a bevelling unit (31) is found as connected to the treadmill (30).

As it can be seen in Figure 1 , there is preferably placed a screen (40) across the treadmill (30) as the part on which the 2D or 3D films are projected by the said 2D or 3D projection device (23). The screen (40) comprises a screen support (41) which preferably has a column form and which provides the screen stay upright, screen levers (42) in the form of levers and which provide the screen (40) stay upright, and screen foot (43) in the form of foot and which provides the screen (40) to stay upright when it is on the ground.

The said screen (40) can have an upright and straight structure as it can be seen in Figure 1 , and also can be in a long screen (40) shape which has a continuous convex inclined form from the front side of the treadmill (30) to the backside of it as it can be seen in Figure 2. Thus, a more realistic 2D or 3D display will be obtained.

Again, in order to provide the user hear the ambient sounds in the 2D or 3D film, a sound system (50) is found which preferably includes a 4+1 amplifier system. As it can be seen in Figure 1 and 2, the video player (13) which operates synchronous (simultaneously) to the treadmill (30), projects the 2D or 3D display to the screen (40) via the projection (23). The film is displayed in 3 dimensions through the 3D glasses (51). The person feels himself/herself in a different ambient while he/she plays sports. Again the bevelling mechanism (31) found in the treadmill (30) operates synchronous to the downhill and uphill scenes found in the 2D or 3D film, and thus provides the track found in the film to be more realistic. The ambient sounds in the film can be heard through Bluetooth earphones (52) or 4+1 sound system (50) according to the preference of the user. In order to increase the realism of the ambient factors taking place in the film such as wind, rain etc., air outlet (14) and water particles spraying units, and water outlets (17, 17.1) are used.

As it can also be seen in Figure 2, the formed environment can be placed inside a screen (40) or cabinet. Therefore, sounds, air circulation and water drizzles can be provided to the user in a cabinet supported environment.

In a different application of the invention, this 2D or 3D supported virtual running tracks application which is applied for the treadmill (30), can also be applied to other sports hall type sports implements. A similar system can be made for the cross trainer. In the same way, with the 2D or 3D film of the condition oar sports implement, an effect, in which a boat being used in the sea can be created. Sports hall and house type implement sports can turn into totally enjoyable activities with 2D or 3D display supported films. Also the opportunity of playing sports by playing games such as hitting targets while running, passing virtual runners and racing with them etc. can be available. Also riding the cross trainer can be made much more fun with 2D or 3D games such as bicycles races.

In Figure 3, there is provided a perspective view of the multiple cross trainer application of the invention. Here, cross trainer is used as the sports unit (A). Around the multiple cross trainers, it can be seen that there is placed the 2D-3D unit (B).

In Figure 4, a perspective view of a cross trainer of the invention is shown. Again here, the treadmill used as the sports unit (A) and the 2D-3D unit (B) placed around it is shown. In Figure 5, a perspective view of an oar application of the invention is shown. Again here, the oar used as the sports unit (A) and the 2D-3D unit (B) placed around it is shown.

The cross trainer, treadmill and oar units used in the sports unit (A) shown in the figures can be used in singular or multiple numbers. The protection area of this application has been specified under claims and cannot be limited to the descriptions only given as sampling above. It is obvious that a person skilled in the related art can apply the innovation disclosed by this invention into similar purposed other areas by means of changing the parts in form and using similar structures. Therefore, it is also clear that such embodiments lack of innovation criteria.

Claims

1. The invention is a sports unit including a single or multiple sports unit (A) and supported by 2D or 3D (two or three dimensional) display, sound and air and it is characterized in that; it comprises preferably a screen (40) which is preferably placed across the said sports unit (A) as the part to which the 2D or 3D films are projected by a 2D or 3D projection device (23) placed on the front body, and a sound system (50) which is placed circumferentially,

3D glasses (51) for the person playing sports to see the images on the screen (40), earphones (52) for the sounds to be heard, a touch screen (12) on the said upper panel (10) on which all the adjustments can be made and the 2D or 3D film can be controlled, a video player (13) for 2D or 3D film as a device or program which can play the 2D or 3D film to be projected on the screen (40), a memory card slot (16) for different 2D or 3D films, a transmission unit (15) which provides sound transmission by communication through earphones (52), at least one air outlet (19) which delivers the compatible air with the 2D or 3D film to the user, a water spraying unit (17) in order to form the water particles for spraying the water onto the user which is compatible to the 2D or 3D film, a water outlet (17.1) for the water to be sprayed, a sound outlet (18) which provides transmission of the ambient sounds in the 2D or 3D film to the sound system (50), handles (11) to be handled by the user, an air compressor (21) to provide air to the user, which is compatible with the 2D or 3D film, and a water storage tank (22) where the water to be used by the 2D or 3D film compatible water spraying unit (17) to spray to the user.

2. A sports unit according to Claim 1 and it is characterized in that; said sports unit (A) is a singular or multiple treadmills.

3. A sports unit according to Claim 1 and it is characterized in that; said sports unit (A) is a singular or multiple cross trainer.

4. A sports unit according to Claim 1 and it is characterized in that; said sports unit (A) is a singular or multiple oar.

5. A sports unit according to Claim 1 and it is characterized in that; it comprises a screen support (41) which preferably has a column form, and which provides the said screen (40) stay upright.

6. A sports unit according to Claim 1 and it is characterized in that; it comprises screen levers (42) which have lever form, and which provide the said screen (40) stay straight.

7. A sports unit according to Claim 1 and it is characterized in that; it comprises a screen foot (43) which has a foot form, and which provides the said screen (40) stay upright when it is on the ground.

8. A sports unit according to Claim 1 and it is characterized in that; said earphone (52) is a wireless earphone (52) and it operates with Bluetooth technology.

9. A sports unit according to Claim 1 and it is characterized in that; the transmission unit (15) which provides sound transmission through connection with the said earphone (52) is a Bluetooth transmission unit (15).
