  • the calendaring process further dries the paper and gives it a glazing effect.
  • the paper is, for example, rolled onto a roller - 60.3 - forming a paper roll for further processing such as printing or, alternatively, cut into sheets and packed in a packet or reem.
  • the process for producing recycled paper according to embodiments of the invention enables production of recycled paper in small quantities for recycling waste paper and waste cotton clothing in smaller communities. Furthermore, the process for producing recycled paper is easily implementable by modifying existing paper making machines to reduce the relative speed between the headbox and the wire mesh and reducing the mesh size.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne, d'une part un procédé de production de papier recyclé, et d'autre part de la pâte à papier ainsi que de la pâte de coton. La pâte de coton est ajoutée à la pâte à papier de façon à produire un mélange de pâtes. Le mélange de pâtes est déposé sur un treillis métallique pour former une feuille de papier continue de façon que le débit du mélange de pâtes et la vitesse de déplacement relatif entre le dispositif déposant le mélange de pâtes et le treillis métallique soient inférieurs respectivement au débit et à la vitesse de déplacement relatif utilisés pour le dépôt de la pâte de papier seule.
