An exemplary surface area of activated carbon material 106 may be between about 100 to be about 2500 square meters per gram (m2/g).
[0020] Exemplary water soluble binder 108 may be selected from the group consisting of: poly vinyl alcohol, poly acrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid, polyethylene oxide, polyacrylamide, poly-N-isopropylacrylamide, poly-N,N-dimethylacrylamide, polyethyleneimine, polyoxyethylene, polyvinylsulfonic acid, poly (2- methoxyethoxyethoxyethylene), butadiene-acrylonitrile, carboxymethylcellulose, (CMC), polyvinylpyrrolidone, poly(allylamine), xanthan gum, guar gum, chitosan, polyvinyl acetate, gelatin, casein, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene-acrylonitrile, rubber (NBR) hydrogenated NBR (HNBR), epichlorhydrin rubber (CHR), acrylate rubber (ACM), a cellulose from the group consisting of natural cellulose, physically and /or chemically modified cellulose, natural polysaccharides, chemically and /or physically modified
