Abstract
본 발명에 따른 고유 형광 공명 에너지 전이(iFRET)용 탐침을 이용한 표적 단백질 검출 또는 이미지화 현미경 장치는, 표적 단백질 내 아미노산을 여기하는 파장대의 제1 광 및 iFRET용 탐침의 형광분자를 여기하는 파장대의 제2 광을 조사하는 광 조사부; 상기 광 조사부에서 조사되는 광을 iFRET용 탐침이 도입된 시료 상에 입사하게 하는 대물 렌즈; 및 표적단백질 내 아미노산을 여기하는 파장대의 제1 광을 시료 상에 조사하여 iFRET 용 탐침에서 생성되는 제1 발광 신호와, iFRET용 탐침의 형광분자를 여기하는 파장대의 제2 광을 조사하여 iFRET 용 탐침에서 생성되는 제2 발광 신호를 검출하는 인식부를 포함하며, 여기서 iFRET용 탐침은 표적 단백질에 특이적인 결합 부위(binding site) 또는 상기 결합부위를 갖는 분자; 및 표적 단백질의 고유 형광(intrinsic fluorescence)에 대한 받게(acceptor)기능을 갖는 형광 분자가 직접 또는 링커를 통해 결합된 것이다.
