The data are transmitted in the form of an SMS message to a buyer's mobile communication means, which comprises means for recording biometric data. Having received said SMS message, the buyer records his own personal biometric data and transmits these data for verification together with data confirming payment of the monetary sum to the cellular operator, which verifies the personal data, checks the buyer's balance and generates a command for the transfer of the sum stated on the check from the buyer's account to the seller's account with automatic transmission of information relating to the actions performed to the cash register.
