En donde el aparato tiene la capacidad de modificar en forma simultánea tanto la inclinación de la pantalla como su altura mediante un solo actuador que eleva la pantalla y dos barras de giro acopladas en forma articulada en su parte posterior a la placa horizontal, estando las barras de giro acopladas en la parte anterior a la estructura intermedia que soporta al marco de retención, en donde dichos brazos de giro pueden girar a la vez que cambian de inclinación, provocando a su vez un cambio en la inclinación de la pantalla cuando el actuador se desplaza en forma ascendente o descendente levantando o bajando la pantalla y en donde solamente se requiere de un solo actuador para realizar ambos movimientos, caracterizado por que las barras guía y el actuador se encuentran alineados y unidos en su parte superior a un elemento fijo de un solo acoplamiento de tipo bisagra que a su vez acopla con un elemento móvil unido a la estructura intermedia, centralizando el peso de la pantalla y demás accesorios sobre un solo actuador y además, equilibrando todas las cargas que se encuentren fuera del eje de gravedad, así como todo momento flexionante y esfuerzo cortante.
