Description

喷液瓶及喷液瓶盖 技术领域
本发明涉及喷液瓶技术领域,特别是涉及一种喷液瓶及其瓶盖。
背景技术
喷液瓶被广泛应用于各种产业、技术领域,比如化工、医药、食品等领域,根据实际需要,有些喷液瓶对材料要求比较高,但其喷液瓶盖的用途仅限于将装入其内的液体密封,或者仅限于防尘作用。在医药方面,往往有一些液体药品,比如咳嗽糖浆、鼻炎喷剂、脚气喷剂等,盛放这些液体药剂的喷液瓶不仅需要配置能盖住其开口、且能喷出液体的内盖体,还需要配置将内盖体的出液口盖住的外盖体,外盖体不但应起到防尘作用,还应该不易脱落,以免被婴幼儿打开误食造成生命危险。在化工领域的洗护用品系列以及化妆品系列,比如洗洁精、洗衣液、洗发水、洁面乳等,从卫生、方便性及安全性出发,在内盖体出液口再设置外盖体的液体包装形式如今已越来越多地被采用。
现有技术的由内盖体和外盖体组成的喷液瓶盖,往往在内盖体外壁和外盖体内壁之间设置弧形凹槽和弧形凸台配合的结构来实现两者的连接,如果配合较紧,则把外盖体从内盖体上拔掉需要的力会较大,不利于老年人使用;如果配合较松,外盖体又很容易从内盖体脱落,安全性差。也有一些外盖体和内盖体采用螺纹连接的形式,这样的结构很容易被婴幼儿打开,安全性也差。美国专利号6112921公开了一种儿童防护性容器盖,该容器盖包括上端通过上端面连接在一起的外壁和内壁,内壁设有与容器口的外螺牙相配合的内螺牙,外壁设有缺口,内壁下端设有与外壁缺口相对的延伸壁,容器的肩部设有近似三角形凸台,在盖上容器盖时,容器盖内壁的内螺牙旋于容器口的外螺牙上,外壁和内壁下端的延伸壁由容器肩部的凸台的尖角处插入,在凸台的作用下变形,直到内壁下端的延伸壁离开凸台后恢复原状,当需要打开容器盖时,需先用手捏住内壁延伸壁使之变形,与外壁之间产生大于凸台后端宽度的间隙,才能将容器盖打开,这样的结构安全性很好,小孩往往打不开,但操作起来比较费力,老人打开也很不容易,从而使用不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安全性好、操作省力、使用方便的喷液瓶及其瓶盖,以克服现有技术的上述缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种喷液瓶盖,包括以下部分:
基础盖体,所述基础盖体的内壁上端设有第一限位凸筋和穿透所述第一限位凸筋的第一导向凹槽;
按压头,连接在所述基础盖体的上端;所述按压头包括出液杆、按压柄和连接部,所述出液杆的外壁上设有外螺牙;所述连接部内设有第一限位法兰和突起部,所述突起部位于所述第一限位法兰的上方;所述按压柄上设有防反转卡扣母体;所述连接部的第一限位法兰设于所述基础盖体的第一限位凸筋的下方,所述突起部可沿所述基础盖体的第一导向凹槽上下滑动;
保护盖,罩在所述出液杆的外面;所述保护盖的下端为双层结构,包括保护盖的外圈和保护盖的内圈,所述保护盖的内圈的内壁上设有与所述出液杆的外螺牙配合的内螺牙,所述保护盖的外圈的内壁下端设有与所述防反转卡扣母体配合的防反转卡扣子体。

1、当处于合盖状态时,在防反转卡扣以及螺牙配合的综合作用下,保护盖与按压头被锁死,不易脱开;按压头的突起部可以抵住基础盖体的上端面,从而不会被下压,避免了合盖状态时液体的溢出,安全性好。当需要取液时,下压保护盖使保护盖的外圈发生形变,即可使防反转卡扣的子体与母体分开,同时旋转保护盖,即可使保护盖与按压头之间的螺牙配合松开,取下保护盖;再转动按压头使突起部插入基础盖体的第一导向凹槽,即可下压按压头,实现取液,操作省力又方便。
2、连接部侧壁的双层结构使本发明外形美观、不易损坏。
3、按压头的分体式结构设计使其各零件结构简单、便于制造成形,从而制造成本低。
4、定位凸台的设置,使合盖状态时按压头的突起部能够被可靠地定位于偏离第一导向凹槽的位置,进一步降低按压头被压下的机率,使本发明的安全性进一步提高。
5、基础盖体和按压头上对正参照标记的设置,使用户能够很方便地将按压头的突起部对准基础盖体的第一导向凹槽,使本发明的使用更为方便。

鉴于现有技术的用于药品及洗护类化学物品的喷液瓶的开合盖动作,要么操作费力、不易打开、不利于老年人使用,要么易于打开、但安全性差、容易造成婴幼儿自行打开误食。本发明的发明人设计出一种喷液瓶及其瓶盖,在按压头与保护盖之间设置螺纹配合,以及设置通过按压实现两者之间解锁的防反转卡扣结构,使保护盖不但连接可靠且便于打开;通过为按压头设计突起部且使其能够抵住基础盖体的上端面,使喷液瓶在合盖状态时,按压头不会被下压,避免了合盖状态时液体的溢出,从而安全性好;通过为基础盖体设计第一导向凹槽,使按压头的突起部能够沿基础盖体的第一导向凹槽上下滑动,来实现取液,从而操作省力又方便。
以下,将通过具体实施例来对本发明的喷液瓶及其瓶盖进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的喷液瓶盖由塑料等可弹性变形的材料制成,包括基础盖体100、保护盖200和按压头300。

如图5a至图9所示,当保护盖200处于盖合状态时,保护盖200的内螺牙221与按压头300的外螺牙322a旋紧,此时,保护盖200的防反转卡扣子体211与按压头300的防反转卡扣母体311扣合在一起,限制了保护盖200的反向旋转,从而使保护盖200锁死在按压头300上,不易脱开;此时,按压头300的第一导向凸台321b脱离基础盖体100的第一导向凹槽143并位于第一限位凸筋的上方,第一导向凸台 321b的侧面与基础盖体100上的第一定位凸台145相接触,第一导向凸台321b的底面抵住基础盖体出口段140的上端面,使按压头300不能压向基础盖体100,避免了合盖状态时瓶体2内液体的溢出,安全性好。当需要取液时,下压保护盖200,保护盖200的外圈210抵在按压柄313上,发生形变,即可使防反转卡扣的子体211与母体311分开,同时旋转保护盖200,即可使保护盖200与按压头300之间的螺牙配合松开,再转动按压头300,使第一导向凸台321b对准基础盖体的第一导向凹槽143,即可下压按压头300,带动喷雾器3的出液芯3a向下运动,实现由喷雾器3喷出液体的功能,松开按压头300,在复位弹簧3c的作用下,出液芯3a向上伸出实现复位,带动按压头300向上运动实现复位;在出液芯3a的复位过程中,喷雾器3内部的单向阀3d在压差的作用下自动打开,瓶体2中的液体进入喷雾器3内,实现喷雾器3内部的补液。喷液结束后,将保护盖200再通过螺纹配合旋紧在按压头300上,直至保护盖200的防反转卡扣子体211滑入按压头300的防反转卡扣母体311内,实现保护盖200与按压头300的可靠连接,并且不可轻易发生旋转;同时,因已在复位弹簧3c的作用下复位的按压头300的第一导向凸台321b与基础盖体的第一导向凹槽143处于脱开状态,所以按压头300随保护盖200转动,使按压头300的第一导向凸台321b抵住基础盖体出口段140的上端面以及第一定位凸台145,从而使按压头300无法下压。可见本发明的喷液瓶盖不但安全性好,还操作省力、方便,便于老年人使用。
从喷液瓶整体的外形美观性及结构的可靠性考虑,优选地,所述连接部330的侧壁为双层结构,包括外圈312和内圈321,第一限位法兰321a设于所述内圈321的外壁下端,第一导向凸台321b也设于所述内圈321的外壁,且位于第一限位法兰321a上方。所述连接部330的外圈312的内壁与所述出口段140的外壁配合。
为了使所述按压头300便于制造成形,从而使按压头300的制造成本低,如图5a至7c所示,所述按压头300采用分体式结构,包括按头主体320和承压座310。如图6a至6c所示,所述出液杆322、所述连接部的内圈321位于所述按头主体320上,其中,所述连接部的内圈321上的第一导向凸台321b设有开口向上的第一定位凹槽321c,所述连接部的内圈的外壁上端设有第二定位凹槽321d。如图7a至7c所示,所述连接部的外圈312、按压柄313位于所述承压座310上,所述按压柄313上设有与所述连接部的内圈321配合的中心孔315,所述按压柄313的下方设有第二定位凸台316,第二定位凸台316从靠近中心孔315边缘的位置下延伸,并位于连接部 的内圈321和外圈312之间。所述按压柄的中心孔315的孔壁上设有第一定位凸筋314,所述第一定位凸筋314与所述第二定位凹槽321d配合,实现按头主体320和承压座310之间的轴向定位;所述第二定位凸台316与所述第一定位凹槽321c配合,实现按头主体320和承压座310之间的周向定位;从而使按头主体320和承压座310固定连接在一起。从结构的稳定可靠性、装配的便利性及制造成本的经济性考虑,优选地,所述第一导向凸台321b(及其上的第一定位凹槽321c)、第二定位凹槽321d、第二定位凸台316、第一定位凸筋314均设计为两个,且在相应的侧壁上沿圆周均布,相应地,基础盖体100的第一导向凹槽143也优选为两个,沿所述出口段140侧壁的圆周均布。当然也可以设计为各一个或者各三个或者数量不等,只要能满足装配要求,最终组装成前述的按压头300的结构,并实现按压头300与基础盖体100之间的装配即可。因为所述按头主体320和所述承压座310结构简单,通过注塑工艺即可加工成形,从而便于制造,且制造成本低。从装配的便利性考虑,所述第一定位凸筋314的下棱角设有倒角,所述按头主体320的连接部内圈321的上棱角也设有倒角。因为所述第一导向凸台321b优选为两个,从结构的稳定可靠性考虑,所以基础盖体100的所述第一定位凸台145也优选为两个,且沿所述出口段140侧壁的圆周均布,当然,只要有一个第一定位凸台145,即可实现相应功能。
从制造成形的便利性及操作的便利性考虑,优选地,如图7a所示,所述防反转卡扣母体311由两个相邻凸台311a及其之间的一卡槽311b构成,所述两个相邻凸台311a在中心孔315的外缘沿圆周布置;所述两个相邻凸台311a为呈扇形的凸台,其外侧(即远离卡槽311b的一侧)形成圆弧。如图8c所示,所述防反转卡扣子体211为设于所述保护盖的外圈210的内壁下端的凸台211,在随保护盖旋转的过程中,凸台211可以沿凸台311a的外侧圆弧卡入所述卡槽311b中,实现防反转功能;为了避免使用过程中阻力过大对配合面造成损伤,优选地,凸台211的左右两侧的棱角均设有倒角。当然所述两个相邻凸台311a也可以设计成三角形凸台,同样能够使凸台211顺利滑入卡槽311b内。
如图4b所示,所述基础盖体100的出口段140内设有第一内衬套144,所述第一内衬套144的下端与所述出口段140内壁的下端一体相连,所述第一内衬套144的内壁上设有一圈喷雾器定位凸筋144a;当然,也可以不设第一内衬套144,而是加长所述基础盖体100的长度,直接在所述基础盖体100的出口段140和螺孔段130之间设计出一段与喷雾器3配合的内侧壁,并在该段内侧壁上设计出喷雾器定位凸筋 144a,同样能够满足喷雾器3安装的需要。如图6c所示,所述出液杆322的出液口内设有用于连接喷雾器出液芯3a的第二内衬套322b,所述第二内衬套322b的上端与所述出液杆322内壁一体相连。
如图5a所示,所述按压柄313为由四条弧形边围成的类似矩形板,当然,所述按压柄313也可以设计成圆形、正方形或长方形,只要使保护盖的外圈210能够可靠地压在其上,产生足够的变形,使防反转卡扣子体211与母体311能够顺利脱离即可,同时还便于手指按压即可。
从经久耐用的角度考虑,优选地,所述保护盖的内圈220与所述出液杆322之间的螺牙配合为两段,沿圆周均布;所述防反转卡扣母体311和防反转卡扣子体211也分别为两个,分别设于两段螺牙配合之间。
在保护盖200被打开后,需要取液时,因为肉眼看不见内部的情况,只能凭手感判断按压头300的第一导向凸台321b是否对准基础盖体100的第一导向凹槽143。为了避免这种不便,优选地,如图4a所示,所述基础盖体100的外壁上设有第一对正参照标记141,如图5a所示,所述连接部330的外壁上设有第二对正参照标记317;当取液时,只要转动按压头300使第二对正参照标记317对准基础盖体100的第一对正参照标记141,即可使按压头300的第一导向凸台321b顺利插入基础盖体100的第一导向凹槽143,从而,操作更为方便。为了提示操作,优选地,如图8a所示,所述保护盖200的外壁还可以设有下压标记201和旋转标记202,以提醒用户通过下压202使防反转卡扣脱开,通过旋转使保护盖200脱离所述按压头300。
本发明的喷液瓶盖的第二种实施例如图10-14所示,本实施例相对于图1-9所示的第一种实施例主要有两方面的改进。
一方面,如图10-12所示,在基础盖体100的第一内衬套144的内部还设有一段向上延伸的导向衬套146,导向衬套146的下端与所述第一内衬套144的内壁一体相连,导向衬套146的上端插入按压头的出液杆322的内腔中,由此,导向衬套146可以对按压头形成导向支撑,使按压头在按压过程中不易被折断。
另一方面,如图10-14所示,本实施例取消了连接部内圈321上的第一导向凸台321b(见图6a)和基础盖体出口段140上端面的第一定位凸台145(见图4a)。本实施例采用按压头连接部内、外圈之间的第二定位凸台316(见图7a)代替第一导向凸台321b作为突起部。如图10所示,第二定位凸台316在随机的情况下位于第一限位凸筋142的上方并偏离第一导向凹槽143,因受到第一限位凸筋142的阻挡而无法向 下运动,从而使按压头300无法向下按压;只有当第二定位凸台316与基础盖体的第一导向凹槽143对齐时,第二定位凸台316可以沿第一导向凹槽143上下滑动,从而使按压头300可以向下按压。更加优化的是,在第一内衬套144的外壁上设有第三定位凸台147(见图11),而在所述按压头300的内壁上设有第四定位凸台323(见图13),当按压头300未被按下时,使按压头300相对于基础盖体100转动,并使第四定位凸台323与第三定位凸台147相抵触,无法继续转动,此时,突起部(第二定位凸台316)处于偏离第一导向凹槽143的位置,从而使按压头300无法压下,避免喷液瓶在非使用状态下因误操作而造成按压头300被压下,以减小液体泄漏的机率。
综上所述,本发明的喷液瓶及其瓶盖的安全性好,避免了被婴幼儿误打开造成误食,且操作省力、方便,便于老年人使用。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种喷液瓶盖,其特征在于,包括以下部分:
    基础盖体(100),所述基础盖体(100)的内壁上端设有第一限位凸筋(142)和穿透所述第一限位凸筋的第一导向凹槽(143);
    按压头(300),连接在所述基础盖体(100)的上端;所述按压头(300)包括出液杆(322)、按压柄(313)和连接部(330),所述出液杆(322)的外壁上设有外螺牙(322a);所述连接部(330)内设有第一限位法兰(321a)和突起部(321b,316),所述突起部(321b,316)位于所述第一限位法兰(321a)的上方;所述按压柄(313)上设有防反转卡扣母体(311);所述连接部(330)的第一限位法兰(321a)设于所述基础盖体(100)的第一限位凸筋(142)的下方,所述突起部(321b,316)可沿所述基础盖体(100)的第一导向凹槽(143)上下滑动;
    保护盖(200),罩在所述出液杆(322)的外面;所述保护盖(200)的下端为双层结构,包括保护盖的外圈(210)和保护盖的内圈(220),所述保护盖的内圈(220)的内壁上设有与所述出液杆(322)的外螺牙(322a)配合的内螺牙(221),所述保护盖的外圈(210)的内壁下端设有与所述防反转卡扣母体(311)配合的防反转卡扣子体(211)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述连接部(330)的侧壁为双层结构,包括连接部的外圈(312)和连接部的内圈(321),所述第一限位法兰(321a)设于所述连接部的内圈(321)的外壁下端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述按压头(300)为分体式结构,由按头主体(320)和承压座(310)组合而成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述防反转卡扣母体(311)由两个相邻凸台(311a)及位于这两个凸台(311a)之间的卡槽(311b)构成,所述两个相邻凸台(311)沿圆周布置;所述防反转卡扣子体(211)为设于所述保护盖(200)的外圈(210)的内壁下端的凸台(211),凸台(211)与所述卡槽(311b)相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述两个相邻凸台(311a)均为呈扇形的凸台,所述两个相邻凸台(311a)的远离所述卡槽(311b)的侧面为圆弧面。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述第一限位凸筋(142)的上棱角设有倒角,所述第一限位法兰(321a)的下棱角设有倒角。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述基础盖体(100)的内壁为下大上小的阶梯孔状,由下至上包括光孔段(110)、防反转内棘齿段(120)、螺孔段(130)和出口段(140)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述出口段(140)内设有第一内衬套(144),所述第一内衬套(144)的下端与所述出口段(140)的下端一体相连,所述第一内衬套(144)的内壁设有一圈喷雾器定位凸筋(144a)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述第一内衬套(144)的外壁上设有第三定位凸台(147),所述按压头(300)的内壁上设有第四定位凸台(323),当按压头(300)相对于基础盖体转动时,第四定位凸台(323)可与第三定位凸台(147)相抵触。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述第一内衬套(144)的内部还设有一段向上延伸的导向衬套(146),导向衬套(146)的下端与所述第一内衬套(144)的内壁一体相连,导向衬套(146)的上端插入所述出液杆(322)的内腔中。
  11. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述出液杆(322)的出液口内设有用于连接喷雾器出液芯的第二内衬套(322b),所述第二内衬套(322b)的上端与所述出液杆(322)的内壁一体相连。
  12. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述基础盖体(100)的外壁上设有第一对正参照标记(141),所述连接部(330)的外壁上也设有第二对正参照标记(317)。
  13. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述保护盖的内圈(220)与所述出液杆(322)之间相配合的螺牙为两段,沿圆周均布;所述防反转卡扣母体(311)和防反转卡扣子体(211)也分别为两个,分别设于两段螺牙之间。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述突起部为设于所述连接部的内圈(321)外壁上的第一导向凸台(321b)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述基础盖体(100)的上端面设有第一定位凸台(145),所述第一定位凸台(145)与所述第一导向凹槽(143)同圆周布置。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的喷液瓶盖,其特征在于:所述突起部为设于所述连接部的内圈(321)和外圈(312)之间的第二定位凸台(316)。
  17. 一种喷液瓶,包括瓶体(2)和喷雾器(3),其特征在于:所述瓶体(2)上连接有权利要求1至16任一项所述的喷液瓶盖(1)。
