Abstract

This invention consists of hose produced from stainless steel hose (1.1), joint on hose (1.1.1), body (1.8), PVC scrapping surface (1.2), lockable nut ( 1.3), T pipe connecting part (1) that produced from MS58 copper alloy with washer (1.6) and difference from other similar ones is that it is composed by lockable sealing gasket (1.4) and refractory silicon gasket (1.5) and plastic ring (1.7); in which are used in water system, sun energy systems and especially in natural gas systems.

Description

CONNECTION OF A CORRUGATED STEEL HOSE TO A T-PIECE
Technical Area
This invention is related to the innovation about T pipe connecting parts used in natural gas facility systems in which can provide lockable property and fast montage advantage.
Previous Technique
When the condition of the known technique is taken into consideration, it is seen that facilities in which are corroded are threatening human and family lives. So that there are accidents resulted in death and injuries in which are occurring due to weakness in leakage on system and natural gas leaks.
Montage procedures take lots of time during facility set up and that leaves producer and consumer in a difficult position from labor work and cost perspective.
When the condition of the known technique is taken into consideration, there can be problems occurred from a security perspective when the hose is not cutting appropriately for the types in which has T pipe connection part and soft sealing gasket is provided from the lower part of the hose.
Connecting parts of the pipes that are used in facilities are produced from iron due to that related products are weak against rusting and corrosive effects and this can decrease the lifetime of the related product.
Brass is an alloy with yellow color that is handled by mixing zinc to copper. Other elements in brass are tin, lead, nickel, manganese, iron, aluminum, arsenic, antimony and phosphorus. Brass is a very firm and easily malleable material and its machining properties are related to its copper content. Brass that consists of copper less than 55% are not malleable. In case of technique is known there can be 58% (M58 quality) with copper consisting rod, metal sheet, profile and 63% copper consisting pipe (MS 63 quality) and plate consisting of 70% copper (MS 70) are found.
If it is desired, they can be produced in other norms. Brass materials are especially used in screw, pin, nut, faucet, door handles, window winder, automotive industry, manufacturing of medical devices and decoration.
Short Description for the Invention
The aim of this invention is to remove welding and gearing processes by the heip of fast montage.
Another purpose of this product is to provide time saving.
Another purpose of this invention is to decrease the costs of labor costs.
Another purpose of this invention is to provide full security in natural gas facilities and by this way minimizing the gas leakage caused pipe connection materials.
Another purpose of this product is its long life against rusting and corrosive effects.
Another purpose of this system is to prevent any intervention from outside after squeezing of the system and locking is realized due to squeezing.
Detailed Description of the Product
"Innovation On a T Tube Hitch" realized in accordance with the purpose of this invention is shown in attachment and this figure;

This invention (1) consists of hose produced from stainless steel (1.1) and its flexibility is increased, PVC scrapping surface (1.2) in which has non- inflammable and protective covering properties that covers this hose (1.1), lockable nut (1.3), hose that produced from stainless steel with single part (1.1) with joint (1.1.1) and lockable sealing gasket (1.4) that prevents the leakage by holding from related joint, refractory silicon gasket (1.5), washer (1.6), plastic ring (1.7), body (1.8).
Invention (1) works by providing 100% non-ieakag insecure by the aid of refractory sealing gasket and lockable sealing gasket (1.4) that provide non- leakage from 5 different points. Refractory silicon gasket (1.5), body (1.8) must be placed on upper part in accordance with the level inside them.
Hose that produced from stainless steel material (1.1) must be pushed from lockable nut (1.3) to the body part (1.8) in fast manner. On stainless steel hose in level (1.1), 5 point joint (1.1.1) non-leakage can be provided by the help of refractory silicon gasket (1.5), lockable sealing gasket (1.4) and it is applied on invention.
The subject of invention is related to directing refractory silicon gasket that prevents the gas leakage (1.5), lockable sealing gasket (1.4), hose that produced from stainless steel (1.1) into T pipe connecting part (1.1 ) and plastic ring (1.7) is removed, after that squeezing procedure is realized. After squeezing procedure is completed, refractory silicon gasket (1.5), lockable sealing gasket (1.4), hose that produced from stainless steel (1.1) prevents the gas leakage in 100% by squeezing it.
Refractory sealing gasket (1.5) that placed in T pipe connecting part (1) can provide extra time for fighting with fire.
Hose produced from stainless steel material (1.1) can be taken from the PVC scrapping surface (1.2) by scrapping on 5 or 6 joints (1.1.1). After this hose that produced from stainless steel material (1.1) can be placed in a related level by pushing it to T connection pipe (1 ). By removing the plastic ring (1.7) on T pipe connection part (1) that prevents the excessive squeezing, a full squeeze of nut (1.3) is provided.
T pipe connecting part (1) is produced from MS58 copper alloy, so that it has long life against rusting and corrosive effects.
By the help of T pipe connecting part (1) that subjected to the invention, there can be various applications developed, this invention cannot be limited to the examples explained here and invention is based on the claims.

Claims

1. This invention consists of hose produced from stainless steel (1.1), joint on hose (1.1.1), body (1.8), PVC scrapping surface (1.2), lockable nut (1.3), T pipe connecting part (1) that produced from MS58 copper alloy with washer (1.6) and difference from other similar ones is that it is composed by lockable sealing gasket (1.4) and refractory silicon gasket (1.5) and plastic ring (1.7); in which are used in sun energy systems, water system and especially in natural gas systems.
2. T pipe connecting part (1) as in claim 1 is characterized with lockable sealing gasket (1.4) that prevents it displaced by holding it from the joint (1.1.1 ) of stainless steel hose (1.1) which has two parts.
3. T pipe connecting pail (1) as in claim 2 is characterized with refractory silicon gasket (1.5) and lockable sealing gasket (1.4) that can be placed on the point from the 5th joint of stainless steel hose (1.1).
4. T pipe connecting part (1) as in claim 1 and 2 is characterized with lockable sealing gasket (1.4) that prevents gas leakage and provides directing swiftly the stainless steel hose (1.1) towards the body (1.8).
