L’objectif de ce sondage est de réaliser un état des lieux du calcul au CNRS et des problématiques rencontrées.
Si vous avez réalisé une simulation dans le domaine de la mécanique, thermique, optique, fluide, du magnétisme ou de l’électrodynamique ces dernières années, alors ce questionnaire s’adresse à vous ! N’hésitez pas à le transmettre à des personnes qui pourraient être concernées.

We have a rheology related postdoc position here in Leuven available, the main coordinator of the project is my colleague in the department Wim Thielemans, and the postdoc will located here in our SMaRT group labs in Leuven. I you know of a good suitable candidate maybe from your group, or elsewhere, please forward this and encourage him to apply. The main topic of the project is on the fundamental investigation and understanding of the micro-structural evolution and related mechanical and physico-chemical properties of saponin based hydrogels, with the aim to eventually commercialise those as wound dressings within an inter-university consortium. A full professor position in mechanical engineering will be opened at the University Paris-Saclay. The recruited professor will teach in the fields of fluid mechanics or continuous media in the bachelor and master degrees of the physics department of the Faculty of Sciences of Orsay. La Rencontre du Non-Linéaire rassemble tous les ans l’essentiel de la communauté francophone travaillant sur la dynamique non linéaire (hydrodynamique, optique, plasmas, mécanique, mathématiques appliquées, physico-chimie, biophysique, …). La 24e Rencontre du Non Linéaire 2021 aura lieu les 24, 25 et 26 mars 2021 à l’Université de Paris, à l’amphithéâtre Buffon, 15 rue Hélène Brion, Paris 13e.La RNL2021 aura lieu en présentiel si le contexte sanitaire l’autorise, sinon en visioconférence dans un format quasi-identique. The 24th RNL 2021 will take place on March 24th, 25th and 26th, 2021 at the University of Paris, in the amphitheater Buffon, 15 st. en 2021 une série d’événements placés sous le label de « La mécanique du Futur » seront organisés par l’INSIS. Le premier d’entre eux est le lancement d’un PEPS sur « la mécanique du futur », joint. L’objectif de l’AAP est de mettre en avant les forces des Sciences Mécaniques ainsi que leurs apports à la recherche et à l’ingénierie en soutenant (i) les interactions émergentes entre Sciences Mécaniques et d’autres champs scientifiques, (ii) les approches innovantes au cœur même des Sciences Mécaniques.
