Origin
Having developed a jet-pack, and gun capable of stunning people without harming them, and a suit that lets him survive not only high in the atmosphere but even in outer space astrophysicist Professor Stuart dons his red and white space suit, and taking his flight pack and gun goes out to take on not only battle criminals, however it is not long before he graduates to dealing with would-be world conquerors, and menaces from other worlds.
He soon gains the support of police Commissioner Malone, an array of space craft, a robot assistant and his wife Pamela who, in a suit similar to his, joins in his campaign.
Creators
Starting in Spain in 1956 by unknown writer and artist the Atome Kid would eventually be reprinted and then have original stories told about him in France.
