Virtual Zetangle Mindfulness: Drawing Botanical Tangles

Brought back by popular demand! Join us online with Certified Zentangle Instructor Sanda Gibson Ph.D., LPCC-S for this unique art-based mindfulness practice. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Zentangle art is non-representational and unplanned and the end result is often a surprise, but the guided “doodling” is part of the fun! Each participant will receive a 01 micron pen, a zentangle pencil, and official zentangle tiles to create art on.

Please pick up your materials at the Visitors Center between 12 and 5 PM on March 12th. If you are unable to pick up your materials during this window, please email education@dawesarb.org to schedule an alternate pick up time. Please note: This program is not a follow up to previous Zentangle programs, and there are no pre-requisites for this Zentangle program!
