Clanton) 11 February 1945 and 4) Eula Ashcraft (who was married first to Joseph Carl Mercer).

Edward Mike Baker, 86, of Ingalls died last Wednesday at his home. Born in 1880 in Mississippi, he was the son of Edward and Nomie (Nancy) Dawkins Baker. He was a retired farmer and a Baptist. Survivors include five sons: L. B. Baker of Ingalls, Elmer Baker of Crossett, Brice Baker of Georgetown, South Carolina, Noel B. Baker of Poughkeepsie, New York, and Leroy Baker of Ingalls; four daughters, Mrs. Lola B. Huitt of Ingalls, Mrs. Odis Johnson of Ingalls, Mrs. Tommy Moix of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Mrs. Harvey McKinzie of Hermitage; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Hazel Raines of Warren; 24 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Funeral was Friday at 2 p.m. at the Union Hill Baptist Church with Rev. James Ray Raines and Rev. Harold Rogers officiating and burial was in Union Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Lonzo Vickers, Martin Johnson, Bailey Mack Hargis, Paul York, Godfrey York, and Ronald Clanton. (Obituary courtesy of "CJ")
