HASS, JOHN ROBERT, 67, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was a City of Louisville Police Officer who retired after 22 years of service. Most recently he worked for NTS as a courtesy officer. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Finck Hass; daughters, Rebecca Lynn Blacketer (Ken) and Teresa Marie Scott-Reyes (Luis); sons, Daniel Lee Hass (Lesley) and Joseph Anthony Scott; his mother, Evelyn E. Hass; two sisters; three brothers; and eight grandchildren. Funeral service: 2 p.m. Saturday at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation is at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
