On our continued hunt for the Happy Meal squishmallows, we stopped into the location to get a couple of happy meals, one with chicken nuggets and one with the hamburger. Both came with the usual apple slices and adorable fries (seriously, I always think the tiny fry that comes in these is so cute) - and yes, the coveted Squishmallows. We also grabbed some hot 'n spicy McChicken sandwiches. Staff was friendly and efficient, food came out reasonably quickly and was as expected. This location has such a neat exterior design too.

I asked for ketchup every time at the store and never get it. The cost of fast food nowadays that people wanna pay $15 an hour they need to work for $15 an hour and make peoples orders right.

Horrible management
Very rude , told me to go to another place
, when they had an issue with their system could only take cash
( 2nd time in one week ) I explained I use the app only had a limited amount of cash with me. After waiting over 15 min in the line I was stuck in to be told sorry about my luck. Go somewhere else by the manager I'm a regular at this location, this manger has no customer service skills.
On a positive note Patty who usually works the window is very sweet and friendly to the customers
The manager should stay in the back and away from the window

Very poor way to treat customers

Had an interesting experience the morning of august 15th ,
Getting my car serviced across the street so I can't use drive thru .
The inside is crowded , im just trying to order food in the most convenient way.
Manager is just being a bully , I don't even know why he's crowding the door like that , obviously the kitchens slow they need your help but nah ..
Tells me that the cashier WILL NOT take my order
I have to use the touch app screen ..
Aight. Word , But Im paying with cash so either way there's gonna have to be some kind of human interaction ....
Either way , you're gonna have to do your job , but nah you made me do half your job ... for free ...

COUNT YOUR CHANGE, at the sawmill/bethel Mcdonalds drive thru. 4 times in the last several weeks, I was shortchanged. Two times by a male doofus, who kept the pennies and dissed me for wanting them, and two times by a female doofus who argued that the change I received was the change the machine gave her (even tho it was wrong).

The manager in the drive thru when I was there yesterday 8/17 acted like she didn't want to be there. After she took my card for payment she was on her phone browsing for the whole 2-3 minutes I was by the pay window. Not a good example for other employees if you're in a position of authority. Food was hot and tasty though so I was happy about that

Manager is the rudest person I've experienced in a very long time

I work near here , she is always rude to customers including myself .
She should Not be at the window or in charge of dealing with the customers personally
Hate to see how she treats her employees

This fine McDonald's establishment helped me find my first job. Back then I was just a high school kid and there was a "help wanted" sign and I was like holy heavens. THAT is where I wanna work! The people there were so nice and I met this guy, we'll just call him bob for the sake of this review. He was so amazing. Bob was my best friend. This man would always cook the best quarter pounder imaginable. You would always know when you came here it was gonna be high quality and delicious. Another reason Bob's quarter pounder was gonna be so delicious was because he was the type of guy that wore skinny jeans and boxers with smiley faces on them to work. The vibe of this restaurant was cool and it felt like Texas in the 80s (which personally I think is the best thing ever). After my glory days in high school, Bob and I lost touch. J went to Princeton for college and now live in New York City. Thanks mcDonald's for giving me the best high school experience ever!

The staff isn't taking orders and just sleeping inside. Absolutely horrible and sad to see done to a personal business.

Ignore the hours because they don't stay open in the times listed. I went here late one night, all the lights were on and no one took my order. Pulled up to the window and honked and they came out and said they are closed... over an hour early
