I encountered literally 0 problems while I was there and I can only say amazing things about Supreme Power. I was in search of a reputable service center but I want nothing short of the best, which is ultimately what led me to meeting Kim and Juan, two people I felt were genuine and honest which is a trait that I don't come across a lot when it comes to some of the 'other' places. Prices are great, service was exceptional, and the location/service area is literally flawless. When you want a specialty shop that goes above and beyond, this is the place. They are an excellent source of very difficult to get parts for Porsche. Also, they're not the kind of place to nickel and dime you for the small things. So far I've gotten some really rare and great service from them.

Its important to leave an honest review for a business that you spend quite a bit of money on. I emailed Eric back in June for a set of BBS wheels I had in mind for my GT3 RS. Eric was super responsive, answered all my questions, sent me many pictures and videos of different finishes. It really helped me decide what I ultimately want to order and how I wanted my wheels to look like in the end. After I sent the deposit, a week later my wheels were completed with my custom finish. Unfortunately the finish was not done to the standard that Supreme and I could accept. They immediately sent it back, and promised to make it right. I own a few businesses, so I know things go wrong. Eric made it right and packaged the wheels very carefully when they came back. They mounted the tires I ordered as well, so nothing but putting on the wheels needed to be done. I really appreciated how the process went, even with some bumps on the way. The wheels look amazing, and I could not be happier with how the look on my car. I got a great deal on the set with tires through Eric as well. I will absolutely order more modifications over the years through Supreme.

Extremely disappointed with how things turned out. You trust someone to do a good job and be honest. You pay them in full expecting good work. Instead the did body work they did for a body kit install was a very poor job and ended up PUNCTURING the turbo hose on my Audi and ruined it. Had a check engine light nightmare, etc etc etc. Unfortunately, too much time had past and they wouldn't take responsibility for it. Won't ever go back.

I had coilovers installed on my 2022 Subaru WRX at a different shop and I was in need of a alignment. Its hard to find shops with a in ground alignment rack and technicians who know how to properly adjust the alignment using aftermarket parts. Luckily I found Supreme Power and I'm glad I went. The shop is immaculate and the employees are very helpful. I was not looking for an aggressive track alignment, but they do know how to. I'll come back for more work in the future.

I could not recommend Eric or his team more highly. They are the most incredible, thoughtful, kind, personable, approachable and knowledgable company I've ever dealt with, and as a result I'll never ever use anyone else ever again, despite the fact that I'm based in the UK.

Customer service such as this is beyond rare nowadays, so to discover an organisation that goes above and beyond all expectations regardless of your needs is both precious and fantastic. They are a shining lighthouse in a sea of broken bulbs.
