This wood spirit with it's quirky expression keeps an eye on garden beds and helps ward off any bad energy. It's a fun piece that brings character to any space.

The eyes are orange glass cabochons. It is carved from a log of spalted soft wood from our property and is finished with spar urethane that should last many years outdoors. I do recommend that it be brought indoors out of the elements during the winter to make it last even longer. Even though the wood is dry and has been sealed on all sides, as with all wood pieces (especially whole logs), there is a chance for some splitting over time.
