Sorry, \"FLASH\" is not supported, therefore,
Facebook Games = Impossible
3000 - 4000 pesos = Touch Screen Tablet that can run Flash and Plants vs Zombies or Angry Birds is just
too good to be true
if you want a Tablet that you can ENJOY and can run MOST GAMES (pertaining to facebook games and the likes) prepare at least 8k+ pesos

most buyers/users has a \"Great Expectation\" syndrome...that\'s why.
@Tambolero exactly! That\'s why im trying my best to kill that GREAT EXPECTATION,
hindi porke TOUCH SCREEN eh maganda ang performance at features.
again 3k-5k APADs are just good for Internet Browsing (NO FACEBOOK/FLASH GAMES, NO PLANTS vs ZOMBIES and other well known ANDROID games)
BEST ADVICE: TEST THE UNIT FIRST BEFORE BUYING / ORDERING ONE!

Pag naka set-up na yung APAD / FLYTOUCH nyo to connect to a WIFI router...
tapos nag restart yung APAD, automatic na ba sya coconnect sa previous WIFI Connection?

@johnblitz: basta naka-on wifi mo and within hotspot ka connect na agad yan, though sometimes kung mababa signal like 1 tapos lumapit ka mapapansin mo la ka parin bytes nakukuha, kelangan mo reset wifi ng apad mo. merong apps na wifi fixer forget exact name automatic niya reset wifi ng apad mo. that is for android 1.6, siguro naman masmaayos na sa mga 2.2 pero never tried.

*Ano pinagkaiba ng Apad? Epad? FlyTouch? parehas lang ba silang 3?
*Pano ko icoconnect ang bayantel connection ko using ethernet lan. Bayantel Require username and password.
*Pano mo malalaman kung Apad nga ang nabili mo at hindi fake?
*How much is the price of the unit as of today Dec 31,2010

it could. i myself is an owner of Haipad M701 and it got resistive dual-point touchscreen. EM71 got a resistive digitizer as well and it supports multi-touch. X5A is on resistive... but the later versions of x5a wore multi-touch resistive touchscreen as well.
and yeah, these are \"re-engineered\" resistive digitizers.

Flytouch is a brand of tablet from a HK/China-based company named Gome. The more accurate term for Flytouch is Gome Flytouch. But Gome flytouch clones also emerged. Named like ePad, aPad, iPed, iRobot... you name it...
and now it\'s chaos!

Because of the reviews and some limitations of android OS (or maybe because I do not have any knowledge about the OS), Ive decided to wait na lang for the WIN7 Apad to go down. Pag may second hand na 12k na or 15K brandnew.

Mayroon pa din tayo page for the different tablet information. I think its posted at page number 1.
So, basically the Flytouch tablets (Apad/Epad/Irobot etc) runs on a VIA proc. No FB games but okay for Ebook reading, basic internet browsing, movies and music.
Price Range: 3-5k

the original aPad iRobot is Rockchip RK2808 powered Android 1.5 tablet. It\'s also known as the Moonse E7001.
But Gome Flytouch clones are also being named as aPad or iRobot... so it is really confusing now.
If you want a Rockchip or Telechip powered tab, buy from a reputable seller here. Mind you some flytouch clones are also sold and priced as high as rockchip and telechip tabs.

yeah, except for one - storage. i used it as car entertainment (i.e. watching movies when caught in traffic). but my 16gb sdhc is not enough for my 720p movies. 32gb sdhc is scarce and pricey... and it still would not be enough for my movies (or i have to settle on limited selection).

Mga bossing may APAD yung friend ko, he\'s asking kung
pwede daw update firmware na may ANDROID MARKET?
Hindi kasi official APP MARKET yun installed... here are the screenshots of the APAD...
PROBLEM: Wala sya LED POWER INDICATOR haha sabi kasi dont buy BLUE LED, so ito wala talaga LED Indicator yung APAD lol..

mahal pa yun, 3,500 to 3,800 lang meron ka na makukuha with Leather Case and Keyboard...
Actually sorry for the word pero \"T*nga\" din yun mga tindero madalas sa bangketa hindi nila alam binebenta nila. Sabi ng sabi 2.1 \"PARA LANG MAKA BENTA\" Android 1.6 lang ang mga yan, at 2.1 lang ang build. Custom firmware lang yun na kunyari 2.1 at 2.2 android.. syempre CHINA eh, imitation =)
What you should expect? Internet browsing, youtube, video clips, pictures, and NOTES! okay na okay yan =) binilihan ko lola ko, marunong na sya ngayon mag facebook hehe...
NOT TO EXPECT: Its not for casual games \"Cannot\" play angry birds and plants vs zombies, DONT BE FOOLED, FAKE plants vs zombies ang kasama sa ibang APAD. also NO FLASH GAMES, no FARMVILLE and the likes.
again, price range should only be around 3,500 to 3,800 (Brand new) MAHAL na ang 4k, and definitely ang 4,500! ;)

FYI: DONT GET THE KEYBOARD, there\'s a reason bakit 1-3 DAYS lang ang warranty ng keyboard.. KASI DISPOSABLE, 1 day lang pwede na masira ;)

do you have a gooseneck na?? i remember, we talked about this peripheral for the m701 (correct me if i\'m mistaken). anyway..if you do have one, let me know. thanks
wala pa din. i just bought a plastic mounting hook sa ACE hardware that uses a double sided tape to be mounted.
i then cut the leather case that came with it, and punched a whole to mount it sa hook. it is ugly, but it does it.

@karlz130..it depends sa usage mo kung gaano tatagal..the biggest drawback of the apad is the short battery life..charging is about 2-3 hours for me..its about the same length of usage..so kung madalas kang magcharge..iikli din ang life ng apad..and yes pwedeng pwede sha gamitin for fb chat..I have both ebuddy and go chat on my apad..they both work fine.. :) ...

if its a DIRTY version, its not upgradable to 2.2...
and again its just ANDROID 1.6 even if it says in the box and opening screen that it\'s Android 2.0
