INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR to former owner on front end page: "To O--- S--- from his friend Robert Frost Birthday Memorial Dec. 10, 1948". (Research indicates that the birthday person was the 17-year-old son of a professor of English at a Florida university. Perhaps the connection was through Frost spending his winters in Florida for many years.) Interior otherwise clean, tight and unmarked. Dust jacket has edge wear and numerous chips and tears.
