Dave Gibbons passionately roams in three different global playgrounds: The first park is THE AWAKEN GROUP (THEAWAKENGROUP.COM), a consulting firm specializing in creativity, culture and innovation; the second park is a movement of churches not bound by geography that he calls "home" (NEWSONG.NET), throughout Southeast Asia, China, India, Korea, Mexico City, London, and North America. And lastly there is a crazy bunch of people in an organization called XEALOT that focuses on transforming marginalized communities through strategic leadership development and ideation ventures. Dave has written a book on culture and leadership based on an eastern parable called The Monkey and the Fish.

This early 90's three parter was a great read. To begin with, the illustration work is wonderfully done. Very smooth action forms and easy to follow. I enjoyed the the story and set up for the Predator to come to Gotham on a hunt. Also found the defeat of Predator done in an interesting way. It was written in a way that has kept Batman's integrity intact. I enjoy the TPB set up for reading my favorite comics. It allows me to keep my actual issues in great shape while still letting me read again the great stories. Whether you are a Batman fan or a fan of the Predator, this is a great story from either point of view.

I had this when I was 12 and lost it along the way to adulthood, so I bought it again on Amazon to read with my son. If you like Batman and you're a fan of the Predator Movies, then it is a must read. No, the story is not perfect and there are some inconsistencies (ITS A COMIC BOOK), but still a fun story and Batman going up against the Predator is just cool. I'd like to a Punisher versus Predator too, but that would be over pretty quick with a Jackson Pollock of Predator Blood splattered over the first few pages courtesy of an M-60.

Batman Vs Predator is an awesome story! Especially if you are a big fan of both franchises! In this crossover story the predator drops into Gotham for hunting season. There is some awesome battles. The only thing I didn't like was a little more towards the beginning has some boring storyline, but it does help build the story.

The comic has very good drawing with a well-written story. Like the title it says, it's the fight between the alien hunter and the Dark Knight. I think this single comic is the best comic about the Predator. It's like another movie of the Predator but in the form of comic. I can't say the same to the next two sequels. I still prefer this first story as a very good one-shot comic. Batman has to fight with all his strength and the Predator has to use all his hunting skills in order to catch his worthy prey. If you are either fan of Batman or Predator, this is a good comic for you.

When I saw this comic being offered on amazon I had to have it, I used to own it with my former collection however in around 2000-2001 my house was burned and I lost all the comics I had because a year or two earlier my mother and one of her friends went through them and decided to confiscate them because of some of the content (though mind its very pointless considering the fact I had already read them all and my mom even bought some of the ones she confiscated) and I would like to thank the seller again and I have taken very good care of it since it has passed into my possession and if anyone reads any of my reviews on other comics I have purchased and they have the same as this one I do apologize but also if anyone enjoys batman comics this is a must its an excellent story and I definitely highly recommend it.
