I've used a handful of different styles of quick releases and this one is pretty unique. Instead of the regular plate you get with most releases, this one uses a smaller style shoe that inserts into and locks into the base with a twist.
I suspect this style is better for lighter and smaller cameras, like action cameras and up to mirrorless cameras. Having two different sized threads at the bottom is a plus, although I am a bit weary that the adapter may unscrew over time, so I might use some thread locker if I use the adapter.
Everything you need to attach the camera to this quick release is included, which is a nice touch.
So how does this stack up to others? Well, while the quality is mostly there, as with most neewer products, I did notice that the mechanism does catch a little bit, making use just a touch more complicated than some of the other products on the market. There are also some design sacrifices that were made to make the product as small as possible, but I feel decreases the ease of setup and use. Also for the size, it would have been nice to have a way to attach this to an action camera pole, without a third party adapter.
However, as it does have an Arca style base, I can use this with some of my existing tripods without the original plate, which is pretty convenient.

Interesting concept for a Quick Release plate, but it works a little clunky.
What's nice about this quick release plate is that it has a small bottom plate to attach to cameras or lights, or anything you need to place and remove quickly. It's also good that it has an Arca Swiss mount on the bottom of the mount, as I have switched my tripods to mostly Arca Swiss for easy compatibility. I found it a little difficult to to release the plate at first, as the knob you turn was a little rough in the beginning. It got easier to turn after using it for a bit, but I find the whole thing a little oversized and clunky. Also the little plate you mount to your camera is small, and since it is not compatible with arca swiss itself, it makes it so I can only use this with this specific plate only. Overall, it's built very well, but just a little quirky.

I have had my DSLR for a while, but I am just now getting to the point where I use it a lot more and discovering that there are some accessories that are nice to have. When I saw the NEEWER Mini Quick Release Plate I knew it was something I had to add to my camera bag.
This is the first quick release plate I have owned so my review is based solely on my experiences with it. I like the fact that it is small, lightweight, easily attachable to my tripod and camera and equally as easy to release my camera quickly.
It is constructed out of aluminum alloy and feels quite sturdy, it includes everything you need start using it, it has 2 Allen wrenches, removable locator pins ¼ inch 3/8-inch screw adapter for different types of tripods, monitors etc. I find that you do have to remove the two locator pins before you attach it to the base of your camera.
It says its load capacity is seventeen pounds which is more than enough for my camera, and it solves and annoyance for me, having your camera mounted on a tripod and then seeing a shot you want to make but cannot until you remove your camera from the tripod.
I do not have to worry about that now, a simple twist and I can remove my camera from the tripod.

Yeah, I know my daisy-chain of camera mounts looks ridiculous. But here's the thing: it's so rigid that the first thing to flex is the camera body itself (a Canon Rebel i7). The duplexed mounts are rock solid. The Neewer mount, specifically, actually does a good job of holding my camera steady without any play, but lets go of it with a slight rotation of the lever. The mechanism is well machined and works smoothly, with just a bit of resistance. It works surprisingly well, really. The down side is that it introduces a small knob on the under side of the camera, which keeps me from being able to sit it down flat on its base. Still, that's standard for any such device that I'm aware of.

It feels very sturdy and the locking mechanism is easy to use. The built-in Arca-compatible base plate is a clever design so that you can mount it easily on a tripod.
The anti-spin pins are also very helpful when loading a heavy monitor like the Ninja V with an NPF 970 battery.
One drawback is that the thickness of this nimi mount feels too thick. If it can be a little bit lower that will be great.

A nice solid quick disconnect for camera or accessories.

This is a nice quick disconnect for any camera, solid enough for the heaviest of devices. This mount is not as low profile as others but the lever holds the camera in place. it is a nice touch that the tripod piece is also two sizes, 3/8 and a insert for 1/4 threaded screw.

ロックのレバーの反発力が強くしっかりホールドしながら回さないといけないので思ったよりスムーズに着脱は難しいかも知れません
あと装着したままでは机にも置けないので少し不便
インチネジ両サイドのロックピンは当然ですが外せますのでインチネジ対応の物であれば何にでも付けれるかと思います
