Garden City, NY: Halcyon House, 1944. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 84 page appendix of BW photos, 333 pages of text including index, no markings except POS to FFEP. Spine head exposed and cracked at title page and in photo appendix. No loose pages and binding though loose is intact. Boards worn through at corners and both hinges bumped, considerable edge wear to boards and pages age toned. Missing dust jacket. Still a good reading copy. 1944 Reprint originally published in 1942. Scarce collectible hard to find in a better state.
