Professional Experience
Greg Hyland is the Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific for CBRE. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for all of CBRE’s Capital Markets teams across the region. Throughout his career, Greg has positioned himself as one Asia Pacific’s leading Capital Markets professionals and established deep relationships with some of the world’s leading real estate investors. In the past five years, he has advised on more than $10 billion of real estate transactions.
He has over 18 years of Capital Markets experience specializing in China, Singapore and Australia. Prior to joining CBRE, Greg served as Head of Capital Markets, Singapore for JLL. He also held a variety of executive roles at this firm, including Regional Director of Asia Capital Markets in Singapore and Head of Investment in Shanghai.
