nutrition data
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I ended up with FIVE pounds of frog legs from a contest I won (becareful what you wish for hahaha). This is a pretty good way to cook them. You know the old saying, it tastes like chicken? Well, they did. Not a lot of meat on the legs but you know it wasn't any worse than gnawing on chicken wings.
