Couvent Sainte-Marie de la Tourette (Eveux-sur-l'Arbresle, France) 1953 —
The monastery of La Tourette was designed to offer a unique self-contained world for monks. Not only did Le Corbusier design the convent but he also chose the site himself. It is the last building Le Corbusier built in Europe.
