Pretty good
I received this a bit late due to the mail carrier union strike that occurred in Canada unfortunately right after ordering. I'm sure that if it wasn't for the strike, my stylus would have come on time. The stylus works like a charm! I had no trouble with sensitivity and sketching altogether. However, I give this 4 stars because when I switch ends for the pen/eraser, the computer doesn't immediately register the opposite side. I have to actually lift the stylus far from the tablet, then switch to the opposite end and bring it down. I remember that with my old one the computer recognized the change instantly and I didn't have to do that. But I suspect that I got a used one due to the packaging (wrapped in a plastic sleeve, not in the original box) and the cost ($45). Tldr; Timely arrival, ... Glad I went for this pen over classic
The kp501e does indeed work on the intuos 5 touch line. I like the feel of this pen over the "classic" style offered, as I've used older Wacom models. I would have more hand fatigue from the smaller diameter after long use with the old design. It does take time and determination to adjust, but that goes for any new tool or method of digital art.

An excellent tool!
I have personally no experience with the pen(it was a birthday gift to my daughter who is a master student in architecture), but she is very pleased with it. She had one similiar before which was stolen, and she is very happy with getting a new one. I have seen some of her work done with the pen, and it seems to me(as an amateur painter) that the tool is very very professional.
