The BD-70 AXE from UK builders Bulldog Boats, is the latest design within their performance range. Still built using HDPE here in the UK and to UK regulations, the Bulldog BD-70 AXE offers a contemporary look, but still benefits from the full range of HDPE features. No maintenance in the way of anti-fouling and anodes, resulting in more time on the water alongside reduced hull maintenance costs!

The Sea AXE 70 boasts a high speed capability and being rigged with up to twin 300hp outboards (Certified to this rating) making her truly a fast boat. Fitted with a extra wide 2 person Aluminium centre console with the helm on the stb side it allows for 2 seats next to the helm and a further 2 seats positioned behind.

The Hull is fully certified by MECAL ready for outfit to comply with UK and EU CE requirements. The BD-70-AXE is a versatile multi-purpose boat designed to operate for extended periods without the need for maintenance, The High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) construction material provides tremendous strength and the PE Balls within the hull provide 90% permanent intact buoyancy. The result is an almost indestructible boat ideal for working in harsh marine environments.

The vessel hull design uses a proven deep ‘V’ design with a 19⁰ dead rise. Hull filled with 75mm PE hollow balls providing 90% permanent intact buoyancy

Removable Splash well inner transom to enable full open deck Mooring points fitted with ring fairleads holes for mooring lines Forward Anchor Locker – Anchor chain and rope to be housed within a HDPE locker.
T-Top Centre Console – 2-Person extra wide T-Top centre console will be constructed from Aluminium and will have tubular supports for the T-Top, the top of the T-Top will be tinted (smoked Poly carbonate).

The console be sited forward on the deck to provide the maximum deck space aft for further seating.
Seating – 4 Shark Suspension seats

Propulsion Certified for up to 600hp (2 x 300hp outboards) Fuel Capacity – 2x 120lt tanks
