Chateau La Louvière

Listed as a Historic Monument, Château La Louvière forms a typical architectural ensemble of the 14th century. XNUMX km south of Bordeaux, the classic-style residence has a proud appearance, dominating on one side the vast courtyard of honor framed by the wine-growing buildings, on the other the park and its large basin in which the Château is reflected. .
The visit lasts approximately 1h30 and allows you to immerse yourself in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, the cradle of the Bordeaux vineyards 2000 years ago. In addition to a presentation of Château La Louvière, its architecture and its rich history, discover the modern wine-growing facilities of this domain of the André Lurton vineyards: the vat room and the vast cellars in which the oak barrels are aligned on four levels.
