A playful, cheeky take on Delvaux’s iconic Brillant MM, a ladylike style created in 1958 for the Brussels World’s Fair, this limited-edition piece acknowledges its storied past with a tongue-in-cheek (or dare we say tongue-in-chic) twist. The Brillant MM was first introduced in vinyl (the Brillant Troublant) for Delvaux’s 180th birthday a few years ago; not surprisingly, it sold out almost instantly. And the name? For a hint, take a peek at the window installation at the Delvaux flagship in Brussels pictured up top. It tells the story of Little Red Riding Hood (aka Le Chaperon Rouge) and the Big Bad Wolf with light and shadows. Just like its namesake, The Chaperon Rouge handbag is timeless and charming. Original dustbag and certificates included.
