Oscar Blotta attended the Argentinian National Academy of Fine Arts. He began his career working for Dante Quinterno, the author of 'Patoruzito'. He has illustrated children's books and did the storyboard for the first Argentinian animated film, 'Upa en Apuros'. He is the author of comics like 'El Gnomo Pimenton' in Patoruzito and 'Ventajita' in Patoruzo.
