The Last Laugh (Perfect Crime 13, June 1951)

Augie Scotto started his career as a comic book artist in the late 1940s. He was an artist on mainly crime features for such publishers as Charlton, Cross Publications and Hillman. He also drew for Eastern Color Printing's 'New Heroic Comics' and for western titles by Timely and Hillman. He was a longtime illustrator for Eisner's PS Magazine. He returned to comics in the late 1970s as an inker on DC's 'G.I. Combat', 'Green Lantern Corps', 'House of Secrets', 'The New Gods' and 'Women at War'.
