Trevor Von Eeden is an acclaimed Afro-American comic book artist known for his work on 'Batman', 'Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight' and 'Black Lightning', the first Afro-American superhero in DC Comics. Von Eeden studied medicine and began his career drawing for Chicago fanzines in 1977. He found his way to DC and worked on such series as 'Black Lightning', 'Black Canary', 'Batman' and 'Green Arrow'. He has also worked on 'Urth 4' for Continuity and 'Power Man and Iron Fist' for Marvel. More recently, he has illustrated 'Joe In The Future' for Heavy Metal Magazine.
