Groups
[Past Group] Art Therapy for Anxiety (Teens 13-15)
In this 8 week group, sessions are focused on learning coping skills and managing anxiety through art. Each session builds upon the last and includes psychoeducation on the cycle of anxiety, learning how to disrupt this cycle, gaining awareness of triggers and emotions, and increasing coping skills. Clients will gain community while they connect with other group members.
