ADULT film star Jesse Jane has reportedly passed away alongside her boyfriend in a suspected overdose.

The 43-year-old and her partner Brett Hasenmueller were found dead at a home in Moore, Oklahoma, on Wednesday during a police welfare check, TMZ reports.

The welfare request was made by Brett's employer after several days of no contact, the report adds.

Jesse rose to fame in the early 2000s and went on to star in several popular adult films.

She would go on to work for Playboy, where she hosted popular live show Night Calls.

    In 2018,  she was charged with public intoxication. She was found drunk and soaked in urine by law enforcement.

    Footage from an officer's body camera showed the adult star who appeared too intoxicated to fully sit upright.

    Police officers were hoping she would give them a phone number from a loved one, so they could pick her up from their car. However, she could not grasp what was being said to her.

    According to reports, Jane told officers after being taken to the station that she was drugged.

    He admitted that the previous evening, the two had consumed alcohol.

    The adult star was furious and accused him of taking steroids while discarding his medicine when he woke up the next morning.

    He said that she became aggressive when he attempted to confront her.

    Jessie reported to the police that her boyfriend had thrown her against a wall after grabbing her neck. She did not appear to be injured, according to the arrest report.

    Jesse was brought to Cleveland County Jail after being detained that day.

    She was arrested and charged with domestic abuse, but she was eventually freed.

    Jane, who rose to prominence as a porn actor in the early 2000s, had openly battled mental health issues in her later years.

    2020 saw the summoning of local enforcement to Jane's residence following allegations that she had bit her then-boyfriend's hand and punched him in the face, according to TMZ.

    The man was discovered by police in the driveway.

    He had a bite mark on his left hand and was unable to open his darkened eye at the moment.

    In a statement to PEOPLE, porn publicist Brian Gross recalled Jane as "a vivacious person who had an absolute and ultimate love for life."

    "There is not one person in the adult industry who didn’t spend time with her," he said, "whether onset or in a social setting, that she didn’t make smile or laugh or both. She would light up a room as soon as she walked in. Her laugh would echo wherever she was."

    "She was a performer during an era where adult films were seen all over the world, and the promotions were massive," Gross said.

    "She made sure that she gave her all, not only in performing but in promotion as well. I will personally miss her very much for the reasons above. Her smile was everything."

    She left the adult industry in 2007 and discussed how it has changed during her career in an interview with GQ in 2018.

    "I got into porn right at the perfect time, when porn stars mattered. Porn stars back then, they were big, glamorous. You walked into a room, you turned heads," she told the outlet.

    "Everybody knew who you were because they actually had to buy your product or DVDs, everything. Porn was so naughty, but everybody watched it. Now, no one makes money like they did back then even with toy deals and appearances."

  • Cause of death remains unconfirmed

    According to Lt. Francisco Franco of the Moore Police Department, although a medical examiner will verify the exact cause of death, it is thought that Jane overdosed on drugs, as he told The New York Times.

    The deaths of Hasenmuller and Jane are still being looked into, per Franco.

    Jesse said to CNBC in 2009, "You have to treat it like a job. I’m a mom. I have a family. You know, I bought a house.
