Ok, just to clarify – we’re still talking about one of the most beautiful women in the world, a true fashion icon. There’s obviously no question about her allure.
But perhaps it’s because of this that, as soon as there’s any criticism of her (almost) perfect figure, it doesn’t quite seem true.
When Kate Moss took to the catwalk, cigarette in hand, for Louis Vuitton at Paris Fashion Week, dressed as a sexy French maid in hotpants and leather corset, not many remembered Marc Jacobs’ transgressive genius – they were noticing the model’s cellulite.
She is 37 and has a still-enviable body but, alas, she was showing some sagging around the buttocks, which were a little less toned than usual, and knees, where the skin was going slightly.
Some of the more malicious suggested she try a healthier lifestyle – perhaps giving up smoking – but it wasn’t it just simply envy?
