Plot summary Joe is a teenage boy with Type 1 diabetes. When his blood sugar drops and he enters a state of hypoglycemia, he begins to hallucinate, and enters a fantasy world populated with his toys and other fantasy characters.

Frank is the overarching antagonist of the 2022 comedy horror film Barbarian. He is a serial rapist and killer who abducted and assaulted multiple women in the underground corridors beneath his house and committed subsequent acts of child molestation.

As AJ's connection to the plot is revealed and he makes his way to the house, Barbarian also makes it clear that he's scum, and he's almost certainly guilty of assaulting his co-star, even if he's blind to her experience: He insists he's just “sexually aggressive” about not taking no for an answer.
