Device was shipped same day and arrived by special delivery the next day. Well ahead of my expectations.
Amazing value for money compared to new from apple.
Warrantee from CEX means more than happy to buy very lightly used unit.
Screen was perfect condition. Lightest of scratch on the side took me two days to notice.
Could have been grade A and I’d have been happy.

This was such a surprise. While the box had been opened (of course, CEX have to check the product). When it was charged up, the IOS was out of date by two full versions and I was worried about what I'd bought. But it was all fine. I installed IOS16, and was asked if I wanted to buy Applecare that would last two years (yes, thank you). I then checked the battery health to see how many power cycles it had been through. I found the battery to be at 105%. I couldn't be happier. This was basically a new ipad for half the price. Brilliant
