In my opinion size is completely subjective. I have a fine bone china tea set but the teapot is so large and tall, so I've been looking for a small teapot for tea-for-one or two. This is the perfect size for that purpose. The color on the website is a more bright pink. The actual color is not as warm and bright as it is on the website, but it's still beautiful. There is a small problem with the teapot. The spout sits so low, and loose tea leaves sometimes get stuck in the sprout, which causes tea either not to come out or come out in a sudden, and some tea leaves get into the cup during pouring. I've watched several YouTube videos on how to make a proper cup of English tea, and most videos use a tea strainer to catch the loose leaves. However, that will only solve half of the problem. My next step is to look for a infuser that is big enough for the teapot but small enough to fit into the teapot, or I will have to get some paper tea filter bags. If you're looking for a teapot for one or two, this is the teapot for you. Be aware of the spout problem though.

This teapot is simply gorgeous. A bit expensive, but I split the cost with someone for a bday gift. The packaging is exceptional, it is Wedgewood after all. You could gift this in the box it comes in! Really pretty. The white in the picture is not quite the same as actual pot.

I bought set of this butterfly bloom because of this teapot. It is so beautiful. I also bought cuckoo teapot but I like this way more. It is 16 oz teapot so it is quite small. Probably it is for upto 2 people. However, I think if you are going to buy butterfly cup which is flat and small(There are 2 shapes for the cup!) then I think there will be no big problem except you have to pour water frequently. Anyway. I really like it

This set is so beautiful, I can't help but smile at my tea parties. You will receive tons of compliments. The colors are bright and makes beautiful table. The cups are perfect and the tier plates make a statement. The serving plates are a good size. You will have to refill the pot a few times with more than 2 guest. An excellent purchase!
