Pruning: Trim back any irregular or elongated branches in late winter or early spring to maintain its shape and enhance its arching habit. Avoid shearing.

Fertilization: Apply a general-purpose fertilizer in early spring before new growth begins. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for appropriate application rates.

Winter Protection: Generally, Sea Green Juniper is winter-hardy. However, in zones at the colder end of its range, consider providing a windbreak or light mulch for added protection against extreme cold.

Select a location with well-draining soil and full sun exposure. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball but just as deep. Remove the juniper from its container, gently loosen the roots, and place it in the hole. Ensure that the top of the root ball is level with the ground. Backfill the hole with the soil, patting down firmly to remove any air pockets. Water thoroughly after planting. Spread a layer of mulch around the base to conserve moisture and suppress weeds. Remember to water regularly during its first growing season to establish a deep root system.

Sea Green Juniper thrives best under full sun, ensuring dense growth and vibrant green foliage. While it's drought-tolerant once established, it's essential during its early growth phases to water it moderately. Always ensure the soil is well-draining, preventing any waterlogged conditions.
