Holy crop! Keira Knightley ditches long locks to debut chic bobbed hair

Can Keira Knightley get any more gorgeous?

The actress, now sporting a chic, chin-length bob, says she recently chopped off her long brown locks.

“I had my hair bobbed about a month ago, then I had it freshly trimmed again this morning,” she told UK InStyle.

Knightley, 25, debuted her elegant new hairstyle Tuesday at the Chanel spring/summer 2011 show during Fashion Week in Paris.

While the busy actress describes the past year as a “whirlwind,” she insists that she did not cut her hair for a role.

“I did it for myself,” she says.

While it may not raise as many eyebrows as Emma Watson‘s drastic Mia Farrow-esque chop, this is a fresh look for the lovely Ms. Knightley, who can currently be seen in her latest film, “Never Let Me Go.”
