Ramallah, January 24 (QNA) - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his Armenian counterpart Armen Sarkissian discussed Friday ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in many areas of mutual interest.
During the meeting, Abbas briefed Sarkissian on the difficult conditions of the Palestinian people as a result of the occupation. Sarkissian affirmed Armenia's position in support of achieving peace and stability in the Middle East region in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions. (QNA)
