Happy customer

Ordered Bluetooth space grey headphones through Pigsback!!Was little bit nervous as have read some bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived today ahead of schedule and only seven days since I bought Pigsback voucher.So definitely no complaints with Ebeez!!

Avoid!!

I purchased 2 trackers via Pigsback. One arrived with a dead battery, the battey in the other sounded as if it was dying. Having had to purchase 2 new batteries, I downloaded the app and neither of the trackers could be recognised by the app. I requested information on how to return the items & I requested a refund but Ebeez looked for a screenshot to the error & when the website wouldn't support that, Ebeez wanted a video! I knew then that Ebeez weren't going to give me a refund so I am now left with 2 useless trackers. I am very disappointed at pigsback using a company who sells items that are not fit for purpose. I would neither purchase anything from Ebeez again, nor would I ever recommend them!

I ordered two lots of sweets using a Pigsback voucher.I had emails informing me when they would be delivered and when they were actually delivered from Ebeez. I did have an issue with one of the orders. I emailed Ebeez who replied very quickly and were genuinely eager to correct the issue. They are now in the process of correcting the issue whilst also emailing me and informing me about the status of the order . Based on my own personal experience I would be happy to recommend Ebeez to family and friends.

surprisingly terrific

I ordered an electronic item from groupon on the 4th aug this year.. i then did a google search of ebeez and found these horrific reviews... i was expecting the same service as these people so you can imagine my surprise when my item arrived within 72hrs.. its exactly as described and in perfect working order.. so just to redress the balance a little bit im quite happy(for now). So sorry to the lady that ordered 6yrs supply of toilet roll that didnt arrive for twelve yrs.. but if ur gonna try to save a few quid then id do it on things that you cant get in tescos...

No complaints at all

I ordered the bulk offer of Kitchen paper rolls via Groupon. It said they would take 7 working days to arrive and it took 7 working days to arrive. The paper rolls were exactly as described and beat prices anywhere else.

More than happy with the service, and as a small charity without pots of cash to splash around, over the moon with the price. Just about to re-order.

Appalling service

Appalling service - waiting over 6 weeks for delivery of a product purchased through living social. Customer Service are deceivingly prompt - yet no delivery after numerous messages and exchanged. Do not order from here if you need your product in a hurry!!

YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM

Hello

I purchased a hoover via Groupon from this seller. The hoover is broken and I have emailed on many many occasions the retailer to no avail. I am now going direct to the manufacturer as it is still within warranty, however, I would advise that no one ever use this retailer as you will be unable to return/exchange or even receive communication from them. Appalling.

Still waiting - disgraceful seller

I ordered some giant games from Groupon on 27th March. I paid additional postage to cover the costs of posting to Northern Ireland.

I am yet to receive the goods or the refund. I have sent numerous e-mails to the seller who is not responding.

Would NEVER use this seller again or recommend them.

AWFUL!!!!!

Purchased an item through GROUPON, item never arrived, made a query via the delivery company the YODEL, and was informed that the delivery address was incorrect and the item was sent back to the sender. Turns out the tracking number and delivery address didn't match! I contacted EBEEZ to arrange re-delivery and was asked to pay the re-delivery cost. 'John' must be a busy man, as he seems to be the only person that responds customer queries - when he feels like it!!
I refused to pay the delivery cost and requested a refund!
Two weeks later, no refund! and no replies to my emails!
Apalling customer service. GROUPON should not deal with this company!

Appalling service

Appalling service. Ordered a bag at the same time as s colleague. His was ok and mine was completely the wrong item. Contacted ebeez with all my groupon details to get a reply asking for them again. Chased twice to eventually get a reply saying I could return (at my expense) for a refund.
No explanation as to why the incorrect item was sent or even an offer to send the correct item.

Still No item, and No replies!

I still have not received the items I bought from this company weeks ago via Groupon, shocking customer service, I don't even get a reply!
I have ordered 4 separate items which have not arrived.


Stay away. They're cheap because they don't actually post the item.
Will contact the fraud department if my items don't arrive soon.

Still waiting!!

I ordered a Vax Vacuum Cleaner through Groupon on the 12th May. I am still waiting - when you ring ebeez there is no answer it just keeps ringing. I have also emailed but still waiting for a reply. I have had to ring groupon who have managed to give me a tracking number but it still hasn't been dispatched although it said delivery within 7 working days. We're now the 28th May and the product still hasn't been dispatched. Appalling customer service especially the fact they do not answer the phone or reply to emails.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SHOCKING. Do not use, 32 emails later and no goods and empty promises or automated replies they also go under the name Rex Brown limited. Contact Trading standards as I will be. These people have no business sense or customer care and loyalty.

This company is a disgrace DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY- and time and energy with what is an obvious scam.
Ordered through Pigsback in November with a large delivery fee so expected an actual delivery of a Santa toy, was told guaranteed delivery by 8th nov, chased up numerous to be told today it’s lost! What rubbish! This company from what I can see take your money and prob deliver a very small percentage of the goods and prob never get a refund from them. How they can operate is a disgrace. I wish I’d read these reviews first. I’ve now no toy I was depending on for Santa they’ve really ruined this and I blame Pigsback also for promoting this company with their false goods and deliveries. How can this be allowed in this day and age. Disgraceful from both Ebeez and Pigsback how dare you rip people off

DO NOT order from this company

DO NOT order from this company. I'm waiting 3 months for 2 electric toothbrushes. It's an absolute disgrace and everytime I send them a message it's basically the same answer every time. PLEASE PLEASE stay away.

Bad experience

I had pretty much the same bad experience as most people. They would not accept a faulty item because they said I hadn't replied in the time stipulated by them which was ridiculous as I had purchased a banana umbrella for the garden in March, through Groupon, and the weather was so terrible there was no way I could try it in the small window (a few days) they gave me. However it was made perfectly clear that the customer service dept. did not want to know and I was told that there are no exceptions to their returns policy, so tough. Therefore before I buy anything from Groupon now I always make sure Ebeez is not the supplier as I will never buy anything from them again. I wish Groupon would stop dealing with them.
