James Newell Osterberg, Jr. (aka Iggy Pop) is apparently the latest rock star to have been given a LEGO makeover and will as such be appearing in Harmonix and Warner's upcoming LEGO Rock band collaboration. Known for his signature gruff vocals and ripped (albeit ancient) abs, Iggy Pop is sometimes referred to as the Godfather of Punk.

This surely makes him a rather unlikely candidate for a game that's being touted as a more family-friendly accessible musical affair, but we're not complaining. Check out a selection of awesome new in-game shots featuring Iggy as he struts his stuff below.
